At Bikone, we are cyclists at heart, and we know how essential durable, high-quality bottom brackets are for your bike. We design each component with precision and care to ensure it meets the highest standards of performance and durability.

However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return process and comprehensive warranty coverage.

Limited Warranty Information

We guarantee that all our products are free from material and workmanship defects from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to all Bikone products, is non-transferable, and is valid only for the original purchaser.

    • Bottom bracket cups have lifetime warranty
    • Bearings and auxiliary components are guaranteed for 3 years.

In most cases, warranty claims are related to an improper bottom bracket maintenance. We recommend our customers to follow the instructions for use, installation and maintenance.


If a product defect is covered by the warranty, Bikone will replace the defective part with one of equal quality. If other parts are damaged due to improper use or installation, the original purchaser may be charged for replacements.

If the product is found not to be covered by the warranty, the original purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs.

The Bikone warranty only covers defects in products fully assembled by Bikone. Claims for products not made by Bikone, even if in contact with Bikone products, will not be accepted.

If you believe your product is defective and covered by our warranty, you can submit a claim for review.

Warranty exclusions

The Bikone warranty does not cover defects caused by:

      • Normal wear and tear.
      • Accidents or improper handling.
      • Negligence or misuse.
      • Damage from sun exposure or abrasive products.
      • Abuse or improper assembly.
      • Failure to follow maintenance or care instructions.
      • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
      • Use of incompatible parts or devices.
