Submit a Warranty Claim

Bikone products purchased from an Authorized Dealer

Warranty claims must be made through an authorized Bikone dealer. Products must be returned with proof of purchase. If purchased from an unauthorized dealer, the warranty is not valid. In the case of a replacement or refund, the returned product becomes BIKONE’s property.

To make a warranty claim, complete the appropriate form for the defect and return the product to BIKONE for verification within the warranty period. 

Name and Surname

Bikone may request the sending of videos and images to check the condition of the bottom bracket in order to guarantee a correct resolution of the claim.

The product must be properly packed to avoid damage during shipping, and proof of purchase must be included. BIKONE is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

If the warranty claim is accepted, BIKONE will replace the affected parts at no cost. If not covered, the customer will be responsible for return and repair costs if agreed upon.
